View every answer →
How do dispatch fees work?+

We offer percentage-based or flat weekly arrangements depending on equipment, lanes, and fleet size. Your exact fee is confirmed in writing before dispatch begins.

Do I need a long-term contract?+

No long-term lock-in is required. The service agreement explains notice, responsibilities, and cancellation terms.

What equipment do you dispatch?+

We support dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, box trucks, hotshots, and power-only carriers, subject to broker and insurance requirements.

How quickly can I start?+

Onboarding can begin after we receive active MC/DOT details, COI, W-9, equipment information, and a signed agreement.
